Skyrim Reset Npc Aggro

Absolution, also referred to as Atonement, is a system that grants players a second chance with an angered NPC in Elden Ring, calming their seemingly permanent hostility. This feature allows Tarnished to restore their relationship with an NPC and normally continue business or quests as they were before. Accordingly, to de-aggro NPCs in Elden Ring, players must visit the Church of Vows.

While it's not necessary to obtain every Celestial Dew, knowing where to get more and how to use it to de-aggro NPCs in Elden Ring is important, just in case players accidentally anger someone they shouldn't.

Elden Ring is an open-world game packed with menacing foes, but NPCs on the other hand may or may not be hostile. Until you attack them and they become aggro. Due to this, you might get locked out of a quest where they were supposed to help you out. So, how to reset angry NPCs in Elden Ring so that you can continue your journey without having to kill them?

The Church of Vows is watched by a giant talking turtle. He teaches Sorcery and Incantations. At the statue, you can choose to Atone. Atoning resets your morality. This requires a Celestial Dew item.

Yeah, did anyone play-test this change at all?? The aggro logic before was very erratic (actually really funny and perhaps appropriate on hyenas), but at least I could get aggro by getting in range and then my thrall could take aggro off me. Now mobs see me and are dead set on killing me to their last breath regardless of them getting their brains smashed in by my thrall. 2ff7e9595c
